[CRIU] CRIU and Old Kernels Nightmares

I want to start a discussion on how to port the Mainline Kernel into an
older kernel so that only ccheckpoint restart features becomes available
and other functionalities are not effected.

I am not a high end developer but with proper guidance I can make thing
work.

As backporting would be quite beneficial to run CRIU on Android devices
which are normally available in the market..
