[CRIU] criu on alpine linux (docker for mac)

Thanks to Andrew's efforts I was able to build criu for alpine linux, and
install it into the vm powering docker for mac, along with a docker binary
that supports checkpoint/restore. Unfortunately it doesn't quite work yet.
Here's the error I got:

(00.110768) Error (util.c:651): exec failed: No such file or directory
(00.111163) Error (util.c:665): exited, status=1

It seems like some runtime dependency may be missing? `ifconfig`,
`iptables` and `ip` all seem to be available. Any thoughts on what might be
missing?
