[CRIU] Linux Plumbers: call for topics

Hello, everyone!

The Linux Plumbers organizers have started gathering suggestions for
participation with the call for micro-conferences [1]. The checkpoint-
-restore MC is already on the pre-seed list [2], so let's try to find
out whether we have enough people ready to talk :)

The LPC will be held in Santa Fe, NM, USA on November 2-4, attached to
the Linux Kernel Summit.
