[CRIU] [PATCH v2 0/2] Test for --leave-stopped option

As I see in crtools.c we don't have --leave-frozen option for now. I
remember that Tycho wanted --leave-frozen option for live migration.
As I know the main intention of --leave-stopped option is to assist in
debugging after dump and restore.
Also --leave-stopped doesn't need any support from cgroups side. To start
stopped ps tree we can use special script form criu-scripts repo.
Am I missing something important about --leave-stopped that we need to add
to the wiki?
