[CRIU] PID namespace patch -

Hi Pavel -

I tried your python patch.  criu checkpoint and restore worked.  criu-ns.py
checkpoint worked, criu-ns.py restore failed.  Then I did criu restore and
it worked.

I have attached the session dump with log from failed criu restore.

Sorry it took so long to test. I was in docker hell...
