This is a first step towards remote lazy restore. This includes Mike's page-client patch (which he marked as UGLY PATCH). So this is a RFC and can be the basis for further discussion. Any LRU based page handling is still ignored and will be added in a later step. As I understood our discussion this code should match the results of the discussion. Adrian
