[CRIU] Need to set a subject prefix for p.haul patches

Hi,

We are going to use patchwork for criu and p.haul, so we have be able
to separate patches for each project.

I suggest to use the "p.haul" prefix for all p.haul patches.

git config format.subjectprefix "PATCH p.haul"
