[CRIU] p.haul problem

Hi
I have never used p. haul. for docker container migration I installed
 Docker Version:      1.10.0-dev (with checkpoint /restore feature)
CRIU version:  2.1
 Then I got the page:
https://github.com/xemul/p.haul/blob/master/test/docker/HOWTO. following
the page I did the below steps.

1. clone git https://github.com/xemul/p.haul.git
2. cd p.haul
3. python setup.py install
4. sudo criu service start
4. ./p.haul-wrap service

It just shows waiting for connection...

did I missed anything? I did not do below steps

Make _local_ directory for service ($csdir)
Start CRIU service by root user
criu service -o $csdir/log -v4 --daemon

cause I did not understand them (I am not good in this sector)
Any help will be highly appreciated.
