[CRIU] Docker container migration

Hi
Actually, I wanted to migrate docker containers from one host to another
remote host. However, there is not that much information about migration.
 I was thinking to NFS share /var/lib/docker/0.0/containers/<container id>
and /var/lib/docker/0.0/image folder. so that both source and destination
host can see these folders. Then checkpointing a container in the source
host and then restoring it in the destination host. Is this going to work?
If not , is there any way of doing it?
I will be really grateful if someone helps me on this.
