[CRIU] [PATCH 0/2] Extend cgroups management mode, v2

Because of "cgroups: Add ability to reuse existing cgroup yard directory"
reworked the second patch won't apply in a clean way, so sending them
both. Pavel, did you mean something like this? Or get rid of --cg-yard
option completely?
