[CRIU] Can't move into blkio//lxc/ycu/tasks (-1/-1): No such file or directory

After a bit more digging, I can see, that 1000 at blkio is somehow not 
created,
even though beancounter/1000 is.

cgroups tree also shows that only beancounter has dir 1000 and others 
only dir 0.

Any ideas?
