[CRIU] CRIU tutorials

Hi,

I've found a nice resource called "asciinema.org" that allows to record
nice videos of CLI workflow. I thought it would be useful to create a set 
of asciinema tutorials about using CRIU, so here's the list of what we
have now: http://criu.org/Asciinema

The list will be extended eventually and your suggestions about what else
is worth recording are very welcome.
