For example, once we _delete_ last user of ghost file and if it's
used as watchee, the kernel generates "delete" event which actually
is our event rather then application's. Anyway, the patch is being
reworked I'll send updated version once I finish polishing and
fix the other issues (still pr_quelled helpers might be merged).
