[CRIU] CRIU saving/restoring fd for the device file

Seems like something is down.  I can't git.  I confirmed that git works on my machine by 

git clone https://github.com/tych0/lxc

which worked.

Well, it can be done, though tarballs are mostly for people doing packages. Why don't you clone the git repo? If you're going to hack around CRIU this would be more convenient if you have a repo.
