[CRIU] CRIU saving/restoring fd for the device file

I don't know if these instructions apply to my case since my criu source is from a tar file I downloaded from criu website.

This is a set of modified CRIU source files plus test.
Please, re-send this in the form of a patch [1]. 

It will be possible to review the code, since, first, now it's unclear relative to what revision your code is done and, second, we will see the changes only, not the final result (the latter is quite huge).
