Please, i want to install criu on my ubuntu 12.

I understand from this link is that I need to download CRIU-1.3-rc1.tar.bz2
,unzip
it and use this config
http://criu.org/LXC
to do the checkpoint

Thant's it ?
Beginner with CRIU.
