[CRIU] crtools error: "can't splice to pipe"

Good catch. Got things working by updating kernel to 3.15 rc6. My version
of ubuntu was running 3.13 which clearly wasn't working well.

Dump and restore now both work. I have some enhancement requests and get
some warnings, but I'll post those separately.
