[CRIU] how to lively migration a vm container?

I am running criu on a ubuntu14.04 machine, in which I installed docker
through apt-get install.

Now I want to use criu dump to lively migrate it to another machine.

the wikipedia page said :

criu dump --tree <pid> --images-dir <path-to-existing-directory> --leave-stopped

I think the pid should be the id of docker.io, but what is the path to the
container I am running?
