[CRIU] how to configure criu with iproute2

it shows:
total 0
-r-------- 1 root root 0 May  7 17:34 ipc
-r-------- 1 root root 0 May  7 17:34 net
-r-------- 1 root root 0 May  7 17:34 uts

I followed the instruction closely..., I guess I could mess up on upgrading
kernel....but I'm not sure..
