[CRIU] [PATCH 0/2] libcriu: Add ability to request notifications

The "action scripts" that we introduced for CLI has slightly
different meaning in RPC -- at scripts points criu service
sends notifications back to the caller and wait for response.

This set is the implementation of this for libcriu.so and
the respective test.
