[CRIU] [PATCH 0/4] Fix opened and deleted devices C/R

It turned out (SUDDENLY) that criu dumps and restores such
stuff with some errors -- restored files stop being devices
and become regular ones.

This set fixes the problem, fixes the existing test from
zdtm and adds one into the regular execution.
