Hi all, This patch is my initial attempt at restoring cgroups (and a couple of properties just for a proof of concept). It doesn't have any of the command line arguments that were spoken about on the mailing list yet, I just wanted to get the idea out there for review. Thoughts are much appreciated. Tycho
