[CRIU] dump error

Hi,

I'm trying to dump a container

# ps ax
  497 pts/0    S      0:00 /sbin/init
  499 pts/0    S      0:00 /sbin/ueventd
  502 pts/0    Sl     0:00 /bin/vold
  504 pts/0    R      0:20 /bin/debuggerd
  505 pts/0    Sl     0:00 /bin/rild
  508 pts/0    S      0:00 /bin/dbus-daemon --system --nofork

# criu dump --evasive-devices -n mnt -n ipc -n pid -vvvv -D data -o
dump.log -t 497

reports the following error:
Error (cr-dump.c:1472): A session leader of 497(1) is outside of its pid
namespace

Any idea what could be wrong here?
