[CRIU] On upcoming criu-1.2 release

Guys,

CRIU in its current state provides enough functionality and performance
for the containers live migration. That said, I think it's good time to
mark it with 1.2 tag.

I plan to do it in the middle of the next week, so if you think that
something else should get there, let me know.

So criu-1.2 will "officially support" the recently announced p.haul project :)
