[CRIU] function naming conventions

there is a mixmatch in the source code of verb_noun and noun_verb for function names, like open_timerfd, timerfd_open. We need to decide on which to use, and then switch the whole code base to that, and then stick to it.
we tend to use verb_noun more, while the linux source code uses noun_verb.
