The required kernel patch will be in 3.19, so this is the rebase of previously sent series on the newer CRIU code. This set also takes into account that in 3.19 the aio map files are no longer open-able via /proc. This doesn't change much, just the aio mapping detection is slightly changed. Thanks, Pavel
