[CRIU] [PATCH 4/4] Fill out cgroup properties restoration list

Thank you too Pavel. It's been a pleasure. I have really enjoyed working on
criu this summer.

For the patch above, feel free to add more properties to the list if you
feel I have missed any that are important. As I said earlier, they are a
little different internally so I am a restricted in this regard. I added
every one I thought would be useful and can be handled by the current
infrastructure.

Creating zdtm tests for this feature is the last thing on my to do list and
I should send a patch sometime next week!
