[CRIU] [PATCH 0/8] Enbale sas c/r

Hi guys, I noticed that we're not c/r'ing signals
alternative stacks so this series is to fix that

(actually I noted this issue while met CPT_OBJ_SIGALTSTACK
 object in openvz image file).

p.s.
A brave soul need to clean up our headers with types
definitions extracting common bits out to asm-generic
thus we could use types more widely in future, at
moment I had to introduce setup_sas as a macro :(

Anyway, comments and complains are highly appreciated.
