[CRIU] [PATCH 0/9] Prepare multiarch support - upd2

Dear colleagues,

This patchset is the continuation of the patchset introducing
multiarch support to the CRIU suite. Major differences between
this and previous versions are the following:

* Fix format string instead of using the macro P() where it's possible.

* Updated the prototype of the syscall sys_setrlimit() to use
  the kernel version of the struct rlimit.

* Modified the function get_vma_by_ip() to prevent infection of a VMA
  above TASK_SIZE boundary.
