[CRIU] [PATCH 00/23] Prepare multiarch support - upd1

Dear colleagues,

This patchset is the continuation of the patchset introducing
multiarch support to the CRIU suite. Major differences between
this and previous versions are the following:

* Modified the build system to prevented compilation of the suite
  for an unsupported architecture to justify removal of architecture 
  checks in the sources as proposed by Pavel.

* Split the patch fixing integer size mismatches.

* Found and fixed new incompatibilities with ARM:
  - the syscall sys_setrlimit(),
  - seizure of the task that isn't running in the userspace.

* Fixed the test suite to compile on ARM successfully.
