[CRIU] [PATCH 0/15] Initial support of shared descriptor tables (v4)

Currently crtools supports a case when childen are shared fd table
with parent.

v2: cosmetic fixes according with Pavel's comments
v3: don't move ids from core to pstree
v4: save fdinfo per id instead of pid
    save ids in a separate image file
