[CRIU] [PATCH 00/44] Prepare multiarch support (v2)

I've taken most of the patches and pushed them outside. Good work!

While doing so I've reshuffled them to be better structured. Patches
not taken and reasons for it are

01 -- Need to know what problems we're trying to solve with replacing
      sh with bash. Talk to avagin@ on it
03 -- We can't just let crtools compile on any arch. Need fix for checks,
      not their removal

41 -- These introduce some srch-specific replacements. I need to see how
      it will look for ARM, thus start sending ARM patches with those
      macros inside.

42 -- It's just a dumping ground of lots of things. What I see is
      a) printf format mismatch
      b) void * to int casts
      c) something else

      Each should be discussed individually
