[CRIU] [rfc 3/4] pstree: Add general core_entry_free helper

We will need to bind core data to struct pstree_item,
this patch make core_entry_free being general one.

N.B. Inclusion of asm/dump.h need to be done after
inclusion of pstree.h, this is a headers hell we will
need to cleanup one day :(
