[CRIU] [PATCH 0/8] net: Implement plugins for external links

Sometimes in netns there can be a link, that was moved inside it
from the host system. In this case CRIU can do nothing on dump and
should ask for plugin's help. Same for restore, but when restoring
such links we should rely on setup-namespaces script, but plugin to
create and move the links into ns.
