[CRIU] [PATCH 0/10] mounts: restore of shared, slave, bind mounts (v4)

The idea is simple. If a mount can't be mounted now, we will try to
mount it later.

v2: Add more comments. If any moments are not clear yet, please point me
    on it, I will describe them.
v3: make code more readable
    don't dump processes, if mounts can't be restored
v4: check that nobody is overmounted
    add a new test case, which generates a random tree of mounts
