[CRIU] crtools - TCP dumping within a network namespace

On seconds thoughts, I looked at the dump.log carefully, i.e.

The PID 5840 is really the "tcp-howto" client process, so 
I would not need its netns space and not sure how you will
close this file. I'll leave it for you guys to figure...I think the only
time this file is closed/removed if your kill the PID
