Hi Andrey, yes, good point (Pavel first two patches are still valid though).
Without ability to re-connect pts the migration will make no sense.

So we will have a few situations

 - slaves connected to external masters
 - slaves connected to hunging up masters

the second case is pretty simple one -- for such slave peers we won't be
able to restore any tty parameters. The first case is more interesting
and indeed should work only if "--external-tty" is passed. I'll update
