[CRIU] [PATCH 0/5] Syscalls redesign

Hi, here is yet un-rebased on current master attemt to bring
sense into our syscalls minilib.

Please review, I'll rebase it soon. With this series crtools
compiled with -O2 to passess all tests.

p.s. Pavel, I remember what you've been said about "grepping"
names from parasite and restorer but I still insist we should
only grep the names we _do_ use, nothing more. Actually I'm
thinking how to get rid of all "grepping", it'll be addressed
in future.
