[CRIU] [PATCH 0/2] A few cleanups for parasite code

Not significant changes but since I'm working on parasite and
restorer representation, I though it would worth to send even
small cleanup out.

Pavel, note that line

	nm $OBJNAME | grep "parasite_service_complete" | tr . _ | awk "$AWK_CMD"

is moved in in forst patch and removed in second just
for consistency (ie if someone will branch from first
commit the macro PARASITE_COMPLETE_ADDR will still be
a valid symbo for him). But finally we don't need this
symbol at all ;)
