[CRIU] [PATCH 0/2] crtools: "check" option

We need a way to check for the running kernel provides all we need
for ckpt/rst. Running all tests does this, but it's inconvenient
for the "user" to grep logs finding out what's wrong.

The "check" action is added to crtools. This does nothing, but checks
whether all we've submitted to mainline is in on the running kernel.

I've added only a few things in checks, Cyrill, Stas, add yours (prctl
codes, IPC stuff, etc.)
