[CRIU] [PATCH 0/3] Fifo c/r v3

Hi, please check out this series for fifo restore. What I've not
addressed

 - a separate ghost file virtual ops engine (I believe path handling
   together with ghost files should be implemented in different manner,
   similar to the way I posted in one RFC yesterday). At moment fifos
   are treated directly in files-reg.c code.

 - pipes data hadling remains as it was since I have idea how to unify
   all this but it will require to change pipe data structures and the
   patch will look more complex, which I try to escape at this point

Anyway, the series passess all tests. And Pavel, please merge task waiters
zdtm facility -- I already have a couple of fifo test cases (including ghost
fifos) which I run locally but can't send you until tw is merged.
