[CRIU] [kernel update] crtools-3.5-rc3

Hi guys,

I'm pleased to announce an update to Linux kernel. We've moved to
the fresh 3.5-rc3 version.

Everything related to prctl interface get merged into mainline
kernel but unfortunately with a few problems, the fixups are
sent to LKML and merged into our repo.

As usual the kernel is placed at known location under branch
crtools-v3.5-rc3.
