[CRIU] [PATCH 00/10] Use sys_kcmp instead of general-obj-id

This series implements support of sys_kcmp in dumping procedure
to find out the FDs duplicates. Also a few cleanups are added.

Please review. Note there some debug code still in final
patch but we can drop it later if needed.

Ah, almost forgot, I know that a tree for FDs is not explicitly
freed on exit -- mostly because I'm about to remake allocator
code anyway, so the kernel will free memory for us on exit
for a while ;)
