[CRIU] [PATCH 00/16] A first series of patches from optimization try

Hi this series is an attempt to fix some nits which I've found
during optimization issue investigation. Not everything yet
addressed but most patches are in this series (the rest ones
related to building parasite code itself and can't be backported
easily at moment).

Btw, I found the timers test do fail in current master, Pavel,
have you seen it before?
