[CRIU] [PATCH 00/22] FPU c/r, v2

This falls into two tasks:

1. Carry cpu/host features with us in the image
2. Build FPU support on top of 1

Let's do it that way -- the 1st set of patches about item 1
and the 2nd about 2. Note, that in item 1, we should NOT
imply that all we care about is cpu info. Some info about
the host the image was collected from should also be able
to be added there (e.g. ipv6 support or iptables modules).
