[CRIU] [PATCH iproute 0/4] iproute: Patches required to make ip work fir crtools

The net namespaces support in on its way. Now we need not only the kernel support,
but also the ip tool as well. Here are the patches that implement the required
functionality. I'm working on having the in the mainstream iproute2 repo.

If you want to play with --namespaces net you'll have to patch the tool with these
and run crtools with CR_IP_TOOL environment pointing to where the ip binary will be.
