[Announce] Legacy templates update Nov 2016

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates
for legacy OpenVZ.

Important note: OpenVZ 7 comes with template tools (vzpkg etc.),
and template metadata is available from the repo, so there is
no need to download/use these pre-cached templates.


Changes
=======
* Added Ubuntu 16.10 (to beta).
* Moved Fedora 20, 21, 22, Ubuntu 15.04, 15.10 to unsupported (EOL).
* All existing templates are updated.
