[Announce] Templates update July 2015 (CentOS 7.1)

OpenVZ project wishes you to have a nice weekend and
announces an update to official precreated templates.

Changes
=======
* Updated CentOS from 7.0 to 7.1
* Ubuntu 14.10 moved to unsupported due to EOL (July 2015)
* All existing templates are updated
* Fixed bug: Set default target as multi-user target, see #PSBM-34228, #3243
* Fixed bug: Enable rpcbind.socket by default, see #PSBM-34604
