[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab103.5

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read

* ploop: fix busyloop on secondary discard bio (PSBM-30451, #3124)
* cpt: Hack for restoring of read-only tmpfs mounts in Fedora 21
