[Announce] Templates update August 2015 (Fedora 22)

announces an update to official precreated templates.

* Our of beta: Fedora 22 template
* All existing templates are updated
* Fixed bug: wrong tzdata package in Debian 7, see PSBM-34229, OVZ-6299
